The short version of how we work together.
Orders and pricing
Prices are shown in US dollars and include our standard finishing. We confirm every order by email before work begins. If something is mispriced or a hide is unavailable, we'll contact you before charging anything.
Made to order
Most pieces are cut and stitched once you order, so please allow up to five working days before dispatch. Because each bag is made for you, small variations in grain and tone are part of the material, not a fault.
Shipping and returns
Delivery is free on orders over $200.00. Unused pieces can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund; made-to-order and monogrammed items are the only exceptions.
Lifetime repair
We repair anything we make. Send us a worn strap, a loose stitch or a tired buckle and we'll mend it — you cover shipping, we cover the craft.
